About DON TC
Before skyrocketing as arguably one of the most talented songwriters to touch a composition book, DonTc aka Terrance Callen grew up in Atlanta Ga. In his earlier years, he was recognized for having such of a spark as opposed to his peers, say his relatives. Before stampeding stages across the United States, a collection of trial stained chapters fom 06-08 forced the young poet to position himself in a direction where music was his only outlet, as he resorted to writing lyrics as therapy. Reflecting on past influences, Tc was exposed to an array of musical personas as well as ethnical diversity. To top the fact that he was born and raised in one of the nations most musically inclined hotbeds, Don Tcs creativity and relentless hustle almost promises longevity. Living in Decatur Ga, one of the most predominately black areas in the state, the young legend observed many different styles of hip hop. Currently pushing alongside Taylord Entertainment and I AM WE inc., he strives to solidify his legacy in this creativity drought called the “rap game”. Along with his growing resume, DonTc has become the opposition of what is today’s commercially basic and or black and white industry. What do you get when true passion meets the mic? In return you get the view of a “youngster” who has accomplished more than the average 30 year old. A 16-year-old prodigy with a vocabulary of a philosophical genius. Tc will never be limited to a single genre. Hiphop itself brings about limitation, he commented.
