The tempo of a song refers to how fast it is, and is measured in Beats
Per Minute (bpm). Some tracks and mixes, like sound
effects or spoken words, may not have a specific tempo. Tracks that
have similar tempos are more likely to sound good together in a mix!

DJ Khaled claims that he makes ‘hit records’. He is right, he does make hit records; depending on what the definition of the word ‘make’ is. For the remix to the street single, I’m So Hood, T-Pain and Rick Ross stick around from the original and are joined by a ridiculous line-up that includes Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Big Boi, Lil’ Wayne, Birdman and Fat Joe. Hip-Hop hasn’t seen that kind of star power together on a single track, since The Game contracted the entire working public to do a remix for One Blood. Although the joint is fire, the search for the meaning of ‘make’ continues; Khaled didn’t ghostwrite, produce or rap on the song. Then again, after this, who cares?
